More than 150 years ago, a Lord Tweedmouth acquired some dogs from Russia with: coats. He crossed of them with the bloodhound as succeeded in reducing their size and sharpening the sense of smell. The golden retriever; a graceful unlikely dog was created; the most beautiful and distinctive of all retrievers.
The golden retriever Parks well on land as well as water. He can endure long hunts without showing signs of fatigue. Golden retrievers are characterized by a large strong muzzle and dark eyes. Their coats is smooth and wavy and his skin is water repellent. Their golden color is their most characteristic feature, though they can also be found with red or mahogany colors as well.The golden retriever is the best companion dog of all the retrievers.
